We use up to 40% polyester fibers made from certified recycled content including plastic bottles. REPREVE® yarns consume less petroleum, emit fewer greenhouse gases, and conserve water and energy. To date, REPREVE® has recycled more than 25 billion plastic bottles for use in their signature yarns.

We partner with BCI/Better Cotton Initiative manufacturers who support more sustainable cotton farming. Better Cotton is sourced via a system of Mass Balance which ensures that for each cotton product that is purchased, greener energy is added to and pulled from the power grid.

Organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment. Organic production systems replenish and maintain soil fertility, reduce the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers, and build biologically diverse agriculture. Our organic cottons are all traceable ensuring that they come from regions where human rights and labor regulations are closely monitored.

Merino wool is soft, temperature regulating, repels water and dirt

particles, is anti-static, doesn’t pill and it holds properties which eliminate odors instead of holding onto them. It’s safe to say that Merino wool is at the pinnacle of natural fibers. We use certified and traceable non-mulesed merino wool ensuring the highest standard when it comes to the way sheep are treated.

ACTIVE

Antimicrobial products kill or slow the spread of microorganisms. Microorganisms include bacteria, viruses, protozoans, and fungi such as mold and mildew lead to odor. We use various antimicrobials in our product including antimicrobial spandex in our socks to prevent persistent foot odor.

Our fabrics include both CoolPass® and Coolmax® yarns that transfer moisture to the outer part of the garment ensuring that the inner side remains dry. These yarns are also ultra-breathable, soft, lightweight, durable, cushioning, and antimicrobial.

Using a combination of DWR coatings and 2-layer fabrics, our garments have waterproofing and breathability up to 15K / 15K. When tested a jacket will withstand 15,000mm of water per square inch from the outside, and be able to release 15,000g of water vapor per square meter from the inside.

We use water-based, environmentally friendly, and pigment rich inks in many of our garments. Water-based inks are pigments suspended in water with no plastics. It is better for your skin and it means that the feel of the garment is also lighter and more breathable. After using water-based inks, the screens and equipment are washed with plain water, which can go down the drain unfiltered instead of using heavy solvents.
